Dear Jovette,

Thanks for your comments. Be sure to check out my ealier videos going over the reasons why we need to have blood flow, mobilization (movement), and power preparation (bounding, plyometric exercises) before intense exercise. Maybe you can look at the beginning warm-up routine that is less strenuous...

Cheers,
As an English Football Referee in my mid forties I found your presentation most useful and relevant to many of the problems I face in a long football season with often 2 to 3 games per week. It was a privilege to meet both yourself and your wife and my wife Ann and myself would like to thank your hosts "The Savera Hotel" for inviting us to attend your presentation during our summer holiday stay in Chennai. The O2 Health Gym at the Savera Hotel had excellent facilities which enabled me to keep my fitness levels up ready for the new football season in England. We are sorry to have missed your race, I have just watched the video so may I offer our belated congratulations on your time!!
Now back in England I have been watching your video links to the warm up program and I will endeavour to bring it into my pre-match preparations.
Regards, Roger and Ann Skinner - of Burnley,Lancashire,North West England.
