Hi David, I once ran 5.01 for the mile, I think a good running technique is really important for injury prevention as well as running at your best speed!
Do you have any tips for improving running bio-mechanics and can we see some video’s of you running so we can learn more!

Thanks so much for your blog entry and question. I, too, believe that the biomechanics of running is crucial to running fast and efficiently. However, the more I see young runners run, the more I think they need help with their biomechanics.
There are videos on the http://www.OneMileRunner.com blog that show me running at past races, but coming up in early July we have put together a short video that goes over the fundamentals of efficient running and I will be demonstrating the form on the track and on the beach.
